Q: Can Cloud OCR support handwriting?

We can recognize the handprinted text only where the characters are written separately. Therefore, we do not recommend using Cloud OCR for handwritten text. However, we are currently looking to support handwriting for certain languages in the future.

Q: Is Cloud OCR service secured?

Yes! Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Yes. Once Cloud OCR finish processing the media files, they are deleted immediately. We do not keep your processed files or the data generated or use them for any other purpose. Nobody inside or outside AIspace has access to your files.

Q: What are the Cloud OCR packages?

You can buy according to your needs. Packages come in 100, 1,000, 5,000 or 30,000 pages (A4).

Q: What are the Terms and conditions to each package?

The terms and conditions are:

  • Each package has a validity period of 90 days.

  • Any unused OCR must be consumed within this period

  • Any unused OCR cannot be carried forward or extended to another period.
